Jessica Rector is a trauma-centered relationship coach who safely encourages her clients to dive into their deepest shadows in order to propel them into their newest chapters. Jessica’s practice is centered on emotional trauma as it relates to physical pain, and she uses plant medicines as a catalyst to bring her clients closer to their best selves. Jessica currently leads the Relationship Reboot: Journey Back to Self Course which focuses on building trust within yourself and your relationships through the lens of nervous system regulation.
