Patti Woods lives in Tonto Basin, Arizona. Patti loves to learn, especially about health, human behavior, and life. She studied to be a teacher. She taught for 5 years while starting her family, then left teaching to raise her children and help her husband run his construction companies, while also working outside the home in a variety of industries. Coaching has always been a common and natural activity within every career and in her personal life. Exploring coaching as a career prompted her to enrolled in the Empowerment Strategist Certification. While Patti enjoys coaching people on relationships and everyday life, her passion is helping women reframe their body image.
