David Packouz was Arms Dealer during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He was a partner at AEY, a major weapons contractor for the US. Government, where he and his partner Efraim Diveroli won a $300m government contract to arm the Afghan National Army. At the time, David was just 24 years old, and Efraim was 21. The 2016 film War Dogs was made about David's story, where he is portrayed by Miles Teller.
