This week’s My Thoughts Monday I share a few things for coaches to keep in mind as we enter this six month season for college basketball. We, to a fault, tend to look to help others before looking after ourselves, please don’t forget that. Let’s not forget, it’s sport, it needs to be fun, enjoy the ride because each one is unique. The final thing to keep in your head is to listen to the athletes. They typically will provide the best input and feedback for you to keep things moving in a positive direction throughout the season.
