S 001: The Start and the Story Behind the Science

In this episode I delve briefly into my background and my time in the fitness industry over the past 12 years as a coach and trainee. We quickly cover my humble beginnings and personal fitness challenges to then becoming certified and first coaching others as early as 2007. My current beliefs and philosophy are a product of not only my own transformation, but also countless hours of work with clients, mentors and doctors refining my understanding of nutrition, training, and physiology.
