For this weeks Strength Chat, it was awesome to be joined by the deadlift king, pulling a mind blowing 487.5kg at The American Pro this year, Danny Grigsby. This feat of strength is even more impressive as Danny is also a full time US Marine and as we discuss in the episode, it’s not always straightforward with managing training. We also covered how he balances training the other lifts in his training, preparing for a competition, and how he keeps on top of his recovery and nutrition.
