How we use our time is obviously important, but it’s very easy to miss the reality of what we’re doing with it. That’s where the time audit comes in. When you learn where you’re actually spending your time doing,  you regain the opportunity to make decisions about how you’re using it. And that’s the key to the time audit: it clearly shows you where you’re spending your time, and where you can choose to spend it differently. It empowers you to make new and better decisions.
