Wheel of Time Spoilers 151 - TDR - Ch53 A Flow of the Spirit

A flow of spirit triggered the hedgehog trap, and perhaps, a flow of a different kind of spirit is working on Perrin's emotions. Faile has fallen into a trap left for Moiraine, a trap set in the real world, that imprisons her in Tel'aran'rhiod. Perrin realizes that the Wolf Dream is the World of Dreams, and he's the only person that can go about saving Faile. With Loial set to guard him in his sleep, Perrin uses Tel'aran'rhiod as a tool, uses his hammer as a weapon, and Hopper accepts Perrin into the Dream without admonishing him, each for the first time. Perrin has accepted death, and that is exactly why he will live.
