They are intuitive eating counselors, cohosts of How to Love Your Body podcast, creators of Behind the Before and After documentary, and work to help women stop dieting and find wellness without obsession. Fun fact, they have only met in person 3 times, live in different countries, AND are partners in a successful business! In this episode we talk all things surrendering to intuitve eating, why 'balance' is still diet culture, and finding your self worth. To say these ladies are incredible is an understatement.
