Some great goodness here, as Stu goes very deep into it all… Nostalgia, his love of a good ‘timeloop’ film, how sleepdriving needs a good campaign demonising it (quite right), watching horror films too young (a common theme on this podcast), being on the more emotional side of his family, good old fashioned pirate VHS tapes, his love of the ‘flow’ zone and how greatness can be achieved within, being calm in a crisis but falling apart shortly thereafter and - yes indeed - Kung Fu Panda and lessons learned from it.
