Oh my gosh, this was such an interesting and powerful conversation about opening your own psychic abilities (if that interests you), how to protect your energy and how to lean on angelic beings from 'the other side' for help and support in your life.

- Create a daily practice, evening or morning, where you ask your guides for support, you thank them for guiding you, you express gratitude for all that you can appreciate and time to envision your deepest heart's desires and how it will feel to have those manifested.
- Great questions to ask yourself when shifting your energy to a higher vibration --- is what I'm choosing what I want? Release relationships and belongings that no longer serve you.
- For greater protection of your energy field, invoke archangels like Archangel Michael for protection or Archangel Raphael for travel. Notice how you feel when you connect to these higher realms.
- Laura explains that the 'other side' is a beautiful, loving and supportive realm full of positive energy of souls ready to help and support human beings.
