In this season finale episode, we discuss the pressures, and stigmas, surrounding what it means to be a Modern Woman including the expectation to appear “perfect” all the time. We explore why now, more than ever, these pressures are higher for women and the impact they are having on the health and well-being of women in our society. We also talk about the importance of not only knowing how to “shake it off” in life but also embracing our differences and innate individuality recognising that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to “having it all”.

Barbara McNaught is not only a celebrity, but also a philanthropist, with a mission to create awareness and inspire action about issues that most people aren’t brave enough to discuss including mental health, youth health and domestic violence. Her life story, and career as a social game changer, epitomises what it means to be a Modern Woman and I am so excited to have her on this podcast.
