Today she joins to talk about her latest book What Your Teen is Trying to Tell You: Surviving, thriving, and re-connecting through the teenage years which delves into how parents can support their teenagers in times of need, while taking a critical look at the role of therapists in the lives of children. We talk about the responsibility of the parent in guiding children through different phases of life, what teens are going through in today's world, and how to take a hands-on approach to relationships with our children.
