“Don’t be deceived by any others that claim they will bring you lasting love and happiness. Understand that the source of love and happiness is in your own heart, in your own ability to be present, in your own mind. This is what transforms our wants and our longings—the ability to shine this light of presence.” –Trudy Goodman
