According to Ed, what you allow is what will continue. For this reason, Ed illustrates to us how to properly regulate our emotions, and reminds us to be mindful primarily of what clouds our minds. Ed further explains that our emotions serve as a moral compass that ultimately sets the trajectory of our fate. Indeed, our thoughts have the power to shape our reality and greatly influence the quality of our life.

Finally, Ed reminds us that while we’re born to accomplish great things in life, we should never forget the fact that we’re also born to be happy.
