John Clarke’s mission is to accelerate recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction so that together people can create a more peaceful and connected world.
As a trauma therapist, he creates a custom, integrative therapy using a blend of evidence-based therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Not only has he committed his professional life over the past 10+ years to helping others, he’s personally done the work over the course of 20+ years in his own therapy journey and healing from his own trauma.
