Born, Co-Director of Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership and Faculty Chair for the Senior Executive Fellows Program, retired as a Brigadier General after 30 years in the United States Air Force. With a distinguished career, she also served as Dean of Faculty at the US Air Force Academy. Dr. Born holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has received several awards, including the Eugene M. Zuckert Award, and is actively engaged in various organizations and serves on multiple boards.
