This COVID-19 Pandemic has provided one thing for all of us, and that is time to reflect a bit. In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I share the first of those reflections, and that is how powerful it is to have a purpose. This purpose has both a positive and a negative side, both building up and breaking down, but a byproduct of it is that it has led to more than one way of improving me as a person and as a coach.
