My work focuses on the connection of mind, body and spirit; and celebrates bodies of all sizes, colors, genders and abilities. This work will guide you to accept, love, and appreciate the gift of your body and trust in its wisdom.
I provide private 1-1 coaching and also facilitate small group programs where like minded people come together to support each other on their journey to peace with food and feeling good in their bodies.
