Power and Peace in Chaotic Times- Cathy Brooks

Given all that's happening in the world today, with multiple wars raging in the Middle East, Ukraine and elsewhere, I'm replaying my interview with Cathy Brooks from her podcast, Talk Unleashed, as we touch on many different topics ranging from my early experiences as trainer, to what it's been like living nearly 50 years in service to a vision and a calling, to the state of humanity on the planet today.

Cathy is a consummate communicator. She can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything. And she does. She gets voted "Favorite Passenger" by the airline crews on a regular basis. That is how she rolls. If you know her, you already know this. If you don't, you'll see.

To put it mildly, Cathy has a special way with words, thus, her podcast is about using language to unleash one's deepest, most heartfelt experiences. She has a way of "teasing" just the right stories, feelings and memories out of her guests.

This is exactly what she did with me. Cathy asked me questions no one has EVER asked and invited me to reflect on my own most moving memories and experiences over a lifespan of 81 years.
