In this episode, I am joined by Paul Levy, author of several books including the recently published Wetiko: Healing the Mind-Virus that Plagues Our World. Paul discusses the nature of Wetiko as the psycho-spiritual disease that is at the root of a collective psychosis that is leading us down a path of ecocide and collective suicide. He touches upon Jung’s concept of the shadow, the shamanic archetype of the wounded healer, the path of the Bodhisattva, and the necessity of connecting with our creative nature and waking from the spell of separateness as the antidotes to the mind-virus of Wetiko, which he argues, is an ally to our collective awakening.
