The year-end often has us considering how well we did, where we measured up, and what we are going to do the following year.

While there are other great practices (and many really bad ones) for reflecting on your year, as well as setting yourself for a new one, I wanted to share a few questions (6 actually) that you can ask yourself to reflect and project.

I hope this episode helps you to not only learn from your efforts over the last year but also causes you to set yourself up for your best year yet in 2021.
