Sunjay Nath graduated with a degree in mathematical engineering and an MBA, and during his time in high school, he was actively involved in student leadership. After he graduated, the school continued to request and pay for him to speak to their students, and 28 years later, he is still giving speeches to groups of people, corporations, and associations. He identified a market for himself in "leadership," used his resources to find a different market by chatting with people, developed the 10-80-10 principle as a trademark, became a motivational speaker and author, and the rest is history.
