On today's episode of the college recruiting weekly podcast, Dan Tudor sits down to talk with 11-time national champion softball coach Sue Enquist about the state of affairs in college athletics, and how a broken system needs to be fixed.
Since retiring from coaching at UCLA, Coach Enquist has lead the fight to change college softball by educating parents and advocating for changes through the online resource she founded, OneSoftball.com.
Coach Enquist lays out the challenges facing college athletics today, the responsibilities she sees coaches having to help fix it, and the role parents should play in becoming more familiar with the process and holding coaches accountable for the promises they make to the athletes they coach.
