#71 Is It Good To Take Rest Rounds: JT & Joey cannot agree, do you make the hard choice when you are at training.

Do you take a rest round? Do you sit to the side when others are rolling? There is actually a disagreement between the Bulletproof Boys. JT is pushing you to not take a rest round to improve your standard. Joey believes it's better for you to take a rest round if you feel like it.
