H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber: The Mission of the Global Climate Conference COP28

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Assembly. The speech is followed by a Q&A with the audience, moderated by Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, Chairman of Arctic Circle and former President of Iceland.
