Working in partnership with people and communities to improve support for diabetes in Nottingham

This NHS England podcast is about innovative ways of working with people and communities, and specifically about how GP surgeries in Nottingham used an engagement process to learn how they could improve their support for patients with Type 2 Diabetes.
