This show aired in March of 2007. I've know Wade for a lot longer than I've been doing the podcast so it was a comfortable chat as I was still a little stiff behind the mic. Its about getting strong and staying strong and in light of the fact that Coach Wade keeps winning medals in Olympic lifting (his new love) and PowerLifting (his original love) at his advanced old-ass age (I can say that because I'm older than him.. just call me dirt) I think you should listen to this interview every day for a week because if that old proof pudding thing is real, he knows stuff because he's not slowing down.
