Welcome to Aus Property Investors

Inspired by two friends obsessed with property, myself Joe Tucker Director Property Principles Buyers agency and Jef Miles, former mortgage broker and property developer, we created Aus Property Investors Facebook group to share our journey of building our wealth through property.

As we never shut up about property, we realised lots of people share the same curiosities, challenges and concerns that we had when we started our property investing journey.

So, we created this little Facebook group, and we invited some of our favourite property people!

We want to leverage each other's skills and knowledge to grow our own portfolios and have others share their own goals, dreams, desires and mistakes every step of the way in their journeys too.

We have property experts from all walks of property life, and each week on Wednesday at 7:30pm NSW time, we run a Facebook Live Session to discuss all things property.   That was 2 years ago, and since the group has grown to 25,000+ property investors throughout all of Australia!

Some of these people are Multi millionaires with massive $20M+ portfolios, others are more lifestyle focused, they retired to a vineyard, and others travel the world with their positive cash flow. Then we have the everyday investor and first-time investors who looking to get started on their property journey and don't know where to begin; that is what this group is all about.

The experts all poke their heads in every now and then to help answer questions. The goal is to steer unwitting people away from dodgy spruikers and terrible investments and help clarify where good property opportunities come from

Having interviewed over 70+ property experts, we are only just bringing these Facebook live sessions to the podcast format. We will be highlighting the top 20 sessions over the past 2 years, then each week we will be posting the weekly sessions for you to enjoy!
