Daniel Jafferis is a tenured Professor of Physics at Harvard University where he studies String Theory. Daniel matriculated at Yale University at the age of 14, and begun his PhD at age 18, finishing when he was 23-years old. Jafferis's research has focused on string theory and supersymmetric quantum field theory. He is one of the discoverers of the low energy three dimensional superconformal Chern-Simons-matter theory.
