A great client catch up today with Laura who just completed Trail Verbier St Bernard by UTMB. A 140km course with 9600m of vertical climbing through the Swiss Alps - it’s definitely not one for the faint hearted! Laura takes us through her race which under 38 hours In a race where over half the field DNF’d and temperatures reached 40 degrees in places, Laura shares with us her preparation, the race highs and lows (literally and figuritively) and how she’s managed to recover so quickly afterwards.
