When we start something new, it always feels a little hard and awkward. We're not yet sure we're doing things right. We're getting used to everything. But if we stick with a practice long enough, what happens? For awhile we may get into a grove and just enjoy the ride. Yet journeys are always evolving and this episode is about what happens when you feel ready for a new depth or a shifting of gears.
