Today's guest is Lisa Sparagna. She spent over 700 hours gaining her yoga and meditation certification from the White Lotus Foundation, and her advanced yoga certification training from Prairie Yoga. She has a YouTube channel with free meditations and her goal is to create a safe space where people connect to their own inner wisdom.
Lisa says these practices guide her life: Mindfulness keeps her present, Meditation returns her to quiet and stillness, and Yoga provides a flexible way to be in her life and our world. Later this week, I'll share one of Lisa's meditations on this podcast.
