The expectations we put on ourselves are inevitably what will be the determining factors regarding whether we sink or swim in this life, but staying accountable to the others is a powerful tool to stay on the path. It can be with family, friends, coworkers, or in today’s world, even online. When you have another person that you are afraid to let down, it dramatically boosts your ability to keep showing up!
