A Biblical Theology of Genesis was a Kenwood Hall Anchor Class taught during the Fall 2024 term by Dr. James M. Hamilton Jr. and Dr. Thomas J. Sculthorpe.
Dr. Sculthorpe explains the literary center of the book of Genesis in session 7. The deaths of both Sarah (Gen 23) and Abraham (Gen 25:1–11) frame the marriage of Isaac (Gen 24). This striking literary feature conveys the means by which the Lord will overcome sin and death—resurrection.
