They discussed some comments from Google, including No Ranking Factor Compensates For Missing Relevance and It Doesn't Matter If You Use Blog Folders For URLs & We're Not Wrong. They added that Google Business Profiles has dropped call tracking features.

45:35 I have a keyword "pros + target kw + city" that was used as an anchor. It represents 70% of my backlinks anchors or about 300 backlinks. My competitor's anchor text ratio is 80% branded or naked anchors. I'm sitting in positions 10-20 for money keywords. I would like to boost the rankings of this old site.

Does using exact match anchors, even more, will affect negatively the rankings? and what would you do in my position?
