Paul is driven by the question of why? After losing his Dad to suicide in 2009, he struggled to confront his own feelings, before ultimately finding progress through therapy; he has since been on a mission to remove the stigma around our mental health, and through a variety of media outlets, consultancy, and now his own business - Paul is working to change perceptions, and reframe corporate cultures.
