This leads him right into his work with the student athletes he gets to work with, how they’ve built the program and expanded the number of teams they get to work with. This includes an overview of his work with their national champion women’s hockey team, a rundown of how he built his relationship with this team, where they started from, how he started with them and built buy in, and how getting the athletes to be engaged in the training process was the real driving factor.
