Wins for Cam Norrie, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Taylor Fritz and Belinda Benic mean Greece, Great Britain, USA and Switzerland all hold 2-0 leads in what were disappointing days for their opponents Bulgaria, Australia, Czech Republic and Kazakhstan.
