Episode Summary. This episode examines the popular idea that science is the only accurate arbiter of what is real and factual—the axiom that only the things we can prove empirically are worthy of being called truth. Thus, secular, non-religious values are the only objective values to be trusted. This episode examines the deficiencies of secularism—the under the sun view of life as described in Ecclesiastes—and the far superior teaching that man is more than a blob of protoplasm; he is the very image bearer of God, Himself.
