One of the most staggering realities of our world is that more men are alone, isolated, uncertain, and lost than ever before. Society, our parents, and our culture have left us to fend for ourselves. We are trapped more than ever. Have you ever felt this way?

I have and that is why I have written a series of 100 letters for men. These letters my take on how to break free of the lies and indoctrination that has a created a trap for men. These letters are my understanding of the world after a lifetime of struggle to understand manhood.

When I was 25 I was 350 pounds, smoking two packs a day, drinking myself to sleep, and -50000 bucks. I lived into everything everyone told me I would be as a man.

And then I had the worst day of my life.

Fast-forward almost fifteen years, and I run successful businesses, am an award-winning speaker and podcast host, a bestselling author, and a world-renowned coach, and I am going to teach you exactly what I have done to get here.

I wrote these 100 letters to help me who are where I was, and that is regardless of if you are 25 or 65. These letters are for men who feel stuck, lost, and uncertain about how to change their lives.
