There are certain phases that a health and nutrition coach reaches in their careers much like the circle of life from the Lion King. Most of us start out on our own transformation, gain confidence and knowledge through that process, gain a bias towards said knowledge, then we hit a point where we realize there is more to the story than our current knowledge base.
