On this episode of Balance Your Life we are chatting to Jenny Purdy. Jenny is the mom of 2 children; her 2.5 year old son and 10 week old daughter. She was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in her 20s and was at a lost of what to do to treat it, without subjecting her body to needles and suppressants. Jenny discovered yoga as well as other wellness practices to help with her condition and is happy to report she takes no medication for it and is able to stay healthy while raising her babies.
