Today's guest is Matthew Kobach. Many people know Matthew for being a leader in the Twitter space. He's built an incredible community for himself and today he’s going to tell us all about how he did that. We’ll also discuss how his own incredible personal brand has benefited his employer.

When he started building his personal brand, he was not yet with Fast, which is a brand new startup. He has helped it grow even faster by the power of his personal brand. We're going to talk about that as well as this larger shift, which is about companies valuing their employee's personal brands instead of seeing it as a threat.
