As a researcher at the Goalsetting Center for Study and Career Success at Erasmus University, he focuses on goal setting and life crafting. He has developed a concept called "creative life crafting," which combines creativity, strength-based learning, and goal setting. Huib currently works on multiple projects related to teaching, coaching, creativity, and life skills.
