Lee Hodge is the Head of Coaching at Plymouth Argyle. An A licensed coach in his own right, Lee spends the majority of his time focusing on improving the experiences of young players in the academy set up. During his career, Lee has also worked for Championship side, Swansea City, as they progressed from Cat 2 to Cat 1 and Nottingham Forest.
