James 1:13-18 | Pastor John Eom.
One Thing: Beloved, do not be deceived when tempted, but trust the truth of God’s goodness.
I. Do not be deceived about temptation:
a. Sinners are not tempted by God (13)
b. We are dragged away by our own desire (14-15)
II. Do not be deceived about God:
a. Our Heavenly Father does not change in his goodness (16-17)
b. He has given us the gift of new birth and life (18)
