How to feel good about taking a day off

Hands up if you’re feeling drained. A LOT drained. We’re pretty poor at taking downtime. It's why MOST people have a bunch of annual leave up their sleeve. We’re going to explore a concept floated by British entrepreneur Holly Tucker to help you feel better about taking some of that well deserved time off from your wildly busy life.
