Mike Lerario is President of Crispian Consulting Inc., which provides specialized training in Leadership Development to Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and government agencies. Mike served 23 years in the United States military in Airborne Ranger assignments, and he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving with the Joint Special Operations Command.
