With the 24 hour World Championships AND Coast to Kosci only 1 week away, I am delighted to have Maree Connor on the podcast.
Maree is the current Coast to Kosci Champion, winning last years race in 30 hours 51 mins, and was selected to represent Australia next week at the 24 hour World Champs.
Powered by gratitude for being able to run at all, Maree blasted onto the Ultra running scene in 2019 after her recovery from spinal fusion surgery in 2017.
